Dans le cas de B2C<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>et en d\u00e9veloppant sa propre force de vente, une augmentation des revenus de 12 \u00e0 15 % est attendue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">&#8211; Nous sommes conscients des fluctuations des taux de change et nous nous engageons \u00e0 fournir une protection au moyen d&rsquo;instruments financiers sp\u00e9cifiques afin de garantir une gestion prudente du risque de change.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">&#8211; Les frais et les co\u00fbts d&rsquo;exploitation d\u00e9pendent \u00e0 la fois des valeurs contingentes et des caract\u00e9ristiques propres au projet, avec une variation de +\/- 4 %.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Consid\u00e9rations \u00e9conomiques et environnementales :<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le syst\u00e8me photovolta\u00efque pr\u00e9sente non seulement une performance financi\u00e8re attrayante, mais contribue \u00e9galement de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de carbone, soutenant ainsi les efforts de transition vers des sources d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie plus durables et plus propres.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La prise en compte d&rsquo;une centrale photovolta\u00efque au Br\u00e9sil dans le bilan ESG est possible et d\u00e9pendra de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9elle de l&rsquo;entreprise et de la gestion de la production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Lorsque l&rsquo;entreprise poss\u00e8de directement l&rsquo;usine et g\u00e8re ses activit\u00e9s, les \u00e9missions et les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices qui en d\u00e9coulent peuvent \u00eatre inclus dans le champ d&rsquo;application 1 ou 2, en fonction de la structure de l&rsquo;entreprise et de ses activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Conclusions :<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le projet de Montes Claros offre une opportunit\u00e9 unique aux investisseurs int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par un march\u00e9 en pleine croissance dans le secteur des \u00e9nergies renouvelables. Il est essentiel de noter que ces co\u00fbts sont directs et n&rsquo;incluent pas la marge b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire du promoteur.<\/p>\n<p>Cette transparence des co\u00fbts a pour but de stimuler la r\u00e9flexion et d&rsquo;ouvrir la porte \u00e0 d&rsquo;\u00e9ventuelles entreprises communes. Nous pensons que, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une collaboration strat\u00e9gique, les avantages pour les deux parties concern\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre maximis\u00e9s, contribuant ainsi au d\u00e9veloppement durable et \u00e0 l&rsquo;expansion des \u00e9nergies renouvelables.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par l&rsquo;achat du syst\u00e8me photovolta\u00efque lorsqu&rsquo;il sera enti\u00e8rement raccord\u00e9, il est important de noter que le prix cible est de 1,2 million d&rsquo;euros par MWp. A ce montant s&rsquo;ajoutent les frais de fonctionnement annuels, qui seront pris en charge dans le cadre de partenariats avec des entreprises qualifi\u00e9es que nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 identifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Cette perspective d&rsquo;achat offre une opportunit\u00e9 claire et structur\u00e9e \u00e0 ceux qui souhaitent investir dans un syst\u00e8me photovolta\u00efque d\u00e9j\u00e0 op\u00e9rationnel et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier imm\u00e9diatement de rendements durables.
